| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central device features the shield of Lucerne — vertically divided, with the dexter half bearing diagonal hatching (representing blue) and the sinister half plain (representing white) — surmounted by a decorative foliate scroll finial. The shield is set within a wreath of laurel branches extending symmetrically from the base, rendered in low relief against a flat field. No legend appears on the obverse.
