Beschrijving voorzijde Six-spoked wheel depicted in relief, centered within a plain raised border. The hub is rendered as a prominent central boss, from which six evenly spaced spokes radiate outward to meet a continuous rim. The design is boldly cast in low relief, consistent with Etruscan aes grave artistic conventions, and occupies the full field of the flan.

Beschrijving keerzijde Double-headed axe (bipennis or labrys) depicted in bold relief at center, with a short handle below and symmetrical curved blades extending to either side. The letter V appears in the upper field above the axe head, serving as a value mark or mint control symbol. The design is struck on an irregular, slightly convex flan typical of Etruscan struck bronze coinage of the late 3rd century BC.
