Reverse description Enthroned Virgin and Child depicted in the manner of a sacra conversazione beneath a classical architectural portico, flanked by two standing saints bearing their respective attributes and two kneeling supplicants in adoration. The composition is deeply struck in high Baroque relief, conveying a sense of devotional grandeur. Below the main scene, the papal tiara and crossed keys — emblems of the Holy See — appear in the exergue. The circumferential legend SVB TVVM PRAESIDIVM, a Marian antiphon, frames the upper field, while ROMAE appears in the lower exergual area, identifying the mint.
