| Reverse description | Central field displays a multi-line Nasta'liq Arabic-script legend reading 'Zarb Urumi' (struck in Urmia) alongside the AH date 1241, with the date notably engraved in mirror image as a mint error. Decorative floral and foliate arabesque motifs fill the surrounding field, consistent in style with the obverse. The design is contained within a beaded peripheral border. This error variety, in which the date is mirror-engraved, makes this piece a recognized die-cutting curiosity of the Urmia mint. |
