| Reverse description | Central rectangular cartouche enclosing a multi-line Arabic inscription in bold, high-relief calligraphy, likely containing the mint name and regnal or Hijri date. The cartouche is surrounded by an open field with scattered pellet ornaments and foliate details. The entire design is encircled by a prominent border of large raised pellets, a hallmark of Ahmedshahi Mint coinage of the Barakzai rulers of Qandahar. The hammered flan results in a slightly uneven, planchet edge characteristic of this series. |
