| Obverse description | Two applied countermarks of the City of Attendorn, struck over the host coin's field. Each countermark appears as a circular incuse punch containing a stylized letter or symbol, consistent with municipal validation marks of the Westphalian region. The double countermark application indicates official re-validation of the Prague Groschen for local circulation, the punches partially overlapping and impressed with varying depth into the worn silver flan. |

| Reverse description | The underlying host coin is a Prague Groschen (Grossus Pragensis), displaying the crowned bust of the Bohemian king facing left within a inner circle, rendered in the characteristic Gothic hammered style of the Prague mint. The lower field shows the stylized Bohemian lion passant, partially obscured by wear and the irregular flan edges typical of hand-struck medieval coinage. The surrounding legend, largely effaced, would originally have read the royal title in Gothic uncial characters. |
