Opmerkingen

Not a state, not a central bank — The Kingdom of Kangaroo is a micronation, and this note is a piece of novelty or fantasy currency rather than a legal tender instrument. Designed by Matej Gabris, a Slovak graphic artist and prolific producer of micronational and fantasy banknote designs whose work circulates widely in the hobbyist collecting community, the "Darlings" issue follows his recognizable high-detail illustrative style.

The watermark is an unusual inclusion for a fantasy piece and suggests production through a specialist security paper supplier rather than standard commercial printing.
