| 备注 |
Issued specifically to mark the opening of the Scottish Parliament in 1999, this note was a commemorative release rather than a standard circulation issue — RBS produced it as a limited edition, and most examples were purchased directly as souvenirs rather than spent. That makes heavily circulated examples unusual, though not rare enough to command a serious premium.
De La Rue printed the series, as they had for RBS commemoratives throughout the late twentieth century. The security thread runs vertically and windowed, consistent with the bank's commercial pound notes of the same period.
