1 Pound - George V

Bermuda's early note issues were managed directly by the colonial government rather than through a local bank — an arrangement that persisted for decades and kept the territory's currency firmly under Crown authority. This 1927 Pound is among the earliest printed for Bermuda by Waterlow & Sons, who handled much of Britain's colonial note work during the interwar period from their London operation.

Pick 5 is genuinely scarce. The small population meant low print runs, and Bermuda's humid subtropical climate has been unkind to surviving examples.
