| Obverse description | The coat of arms of Cyprus occupies the central field, depicting a white dove in flight carrying an olive branch above the date 1960, all set within a heraldic shield. The shield is flanked by two symmetrical olive branches forming a wreath tied at the base. A trilingual legend encircles the design along the periphery, reading CYPRUS in English, ΚΥΠΡΟΣ in Greek, and KIBRIS in Turkish, separated by raised dot stops. The date of issue, 2006, appears in the lower exergual area between two dot stops, completing the circular legend. |
