Reverse description The reverse is printed entirely in blue and centred on a large circular medallion containing the bank's allegorical seal: a classical seated female figure with a ship in the background, encircled by the motto "DITAT." The medallion is set within an elaborate guilloche border of interlocking floral and geometric patterns that extends to all four margins, with the numeral "1" repeated in each corner.
