Obverse description The obverse is printed in blue tones and carries a central vignette of the Sennar Dam viewed from above, stretching across a wide river landscape toward a distant horizon. Arabic script legends appear at the top and lower centre, including the issuer name and promise-to-pay clause. A large ornate guilloche rosette occupies the right portion of the note, with specimen serial numbers 000000 printed in red at upper right and lower left.
