A central cartouche bearing the inscription GOVERNMENT OF FIJI in red letterpress is set within a dense field of fine-line wave guilloche, flanked symmetrically by ornamental lobe panels filled with geometric engine-turned latticework. A plain circular watermark panel is reserved at the right. |
