Reverse description The reverse is dominated by a large central vignette of a bearded male river deity — representing the spirit of the River Lee — framed within an ornate Celtic interlace border and set against a symmetrical guilloche design with two large oval lozenges on either side. The overall composition is printed in deep green on a pale underprint, with no text other than decorative elements.
