To the left, a green rectangular stamp vignette inscribed COMMISSIE LOON / DRIE PENCE is affixed alongside a pink adhesive revenue stamp bearing a portrait vignette, both functioning as payment instruments. The central body carries printed Dutch text detailing payment instructions to the Postwissel Kantoor, with the denomination EEN POND rendered in large script at centre, a manuscript serial number at upper right, and handwritten endorsements together with circular postmarks applied across the face. |
