| Obverse description | Small draped bust of Empress Maria Theresa facing right, her hair loosely arranged and adorned with a simple diadem, rendered in a modest, somewhat naive engraving style typical of small Hungarian subsidiary coinage of the mid-18th century. The effigy is truncated at the shoulder, occupying the central field. A continuous Latin legend surrounds the bust along the periphery, reading M · THER · D · G · R · I · GE · HU BO · REG ·, abbreviated from her full imperial and royal titles. |
