| Obverse description | Draped bust of Pope Innocent XI facing right, wearing the papal camauro and richly ornamented cope with elaborate foliate embroidery. The portrait is rendered in high relief in the Baroque style, with fine detail in the hair and vestments. The engraver's signature HAMERANO appears in small letters along the lower truncation of the bust.
