Obverse description Elaborate interlaced cursive monogram FGC (for Franciscus Georgius Comes, i.e. Franz Georg von Schönborn) rendered in ornate Baroque calligraphic style, occupying the central field. The monogram is surmounted by an electoral or archiepiscopal crown. Decorative foliate scrollwork flanks the monogram on both sides, filling the field in a characteristically Baroque design. No peripheral legend is present.
