Reverse description Incuse or near-blank reverse, as is typical for this type of thin hammered pfennig, showing a faint ghost impression of the obverse design transferred through the planchet during striking. The surface is largely plain with only residual relief elements visible, consistent with the production technique of small-denomination bracteate or semi-bracteate coinage of the Rhineland-Palatinate region in the sixteenth century. No legend, inscription, or deliberate design element is present on this side.
