Reverse description Incuse or weakly struck reverse showing the ghosted impression of a quadruped animal, consistent with the characteristic counter-relief found on thin hammered pfennigs of this period. The animal figure, likely a lion or heraldic beast, is poorly preserved and partially obscured by corrosion and wear. No inscription or border is discernible. The flan is irregular and exhibits typical characteristics of mid-13th-century Austrian minor coinage.
