Obverse description Full-length frontal effigy of a bishop in pontifical vestments, holding a crozier in his right hand. The figure is rendered in a flat, stylised Romanesque manner characteristic of late 13th-century German ecclesiastical coinage. A patriarchal cross appears above the bishop's head. A partial legend is visible along the right margin of the coin.

Reverse description Facing bust of Saint Liborius, the patron saint of Paderborn, depicted in a frontal, hieratic style with stylised curling hair and beard rendered in the Romanesque tradition. The bust is shown with both hands raised or clasped before the chest. The design is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, with a further beaded outer border. A partial legend surrounds the bust in the outer field.
