| Beschrijving voorzijde | Divided shield bearing the arms of the Bishopric of Würzburg: to the left, three sinister-facing chevrons (the arms of the von Grumbach family) over the letter 'D' in the base; to the right, a rampant figure (the Franconian rake or lion) within the shield. A small cross or episcopal symbol appears above the shield. The entire design is struck on an irregular flan with a beaded border, typical of late medieval hammered coinage. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse of this bracteate-style Pfennig appears as a mirror impression of the obverse design, a characteristic feature of thin hammered silver coins of this period, showing the incuse relief of the divided heraldic shield with the von Grumbach chevrons and the Franconian figure. The flan edges are irregular with traces of a beaded border, consistent with mid-fifteenth century episcopal coinage from Würzburg. |
