| Obverse description | The crowned Reuss lion rampant left, depicted in a vigorous heraldic stance with raised forepaw and flowing tail, set upon a decorative scrollwork base. The lion is rendered in bold relief against a plain field, characteristic of the small-denomination coinage of the Reuss principalities in the eighteenth century. No peripheral legend is present on this side of the coin. |

| Reverse description | The denomination numeral '1' appears at the top of the field, followed by the inscription 'PFENNIG' on the next line, with the initials 'G·R·P·' (Grafschaft Reuss-Plauen) centered below. The word 'GREIZER' occupies the following line, referencing the mint or territorial authority at Greiz, with the mint-master initials 'L·M·' beneath, and the date '1760' in the exergue area. All lettering is in Roman capitals within a plain circular field, with a reeded border visible on the coin's edge. |
