Obverse description Two heraldic shields displayed side by side: the dexter bearing the arms of the Archbishopric of Salzburg (gules with a bend or), and the sinister bearing the personal arms of Archbishop Guidobald von Thun. The date appears in the upper field above the shields, and the initial letter G, identifying the issuing Archbishop Guidobald, is placed in the lower field below the shields. The design is struck in the plain, unadorned style typical of small denominational pfennig coinage of the mid-seventeenth-century Holy Roman Empire.

Reverse description Uniface striking with a plain, blank reverse field, entirely devoid of design, legend, or decorative elements. This is characteristic of small pfennig denominations of the period, where the reverse was intentionally left unworked as part of standard production practice.
