| Obverse description | Central field displays an ornate crowned monogram of Elector Frederick William, composed of intertwined initials surmounted by an electoral crown. The monogram is flanked on either side by symmetrical palm or feather branches extending from the base, lending a heraldic decorative quality to the design. The mint mark letters 'B' and 'H' appear at the lower portion of the field, separated by a small pellet, referencing the Minden Mint. A beaded inner border encircles the entire design, characteristic of hammered coinage of the period. |

| Reverse description | Plain, featureless field with no design elements, legend, or decorative devices, the flan showing only natural metal texture and wear consistent with hammered billon coinage of the mid-to-late seventeenth century. This blank reverse is characteristic of certain small-denomination Pfennig issues of Brandenburg-Prussia, where the denomination inscription was struck on the opposing die. |
