| 备注 |
Kitzingen's municipal savings bank issued this fractional Notgeld during the acute small-change crisis of 1920, when coin metal was being hoarded and the Reichsbank could not keep low denominations in circulation. At 46 × 41 mm, this is among the smallest paper currency formats produced during the German inflation period — barely larger than a postage stamp, which created real handling problems and likely contributed to its rapid attrition in everyday use.
Surviving examples in clean condition are disproportionately rare for such a low face value, simply because most were discarded or lost rather than saved.
