| Obverse description | Tan-toned notgeld note framed by an ornate interlocking scrollwork border with a dotted outer rule. A bold numeral '1' anchors the centre field above the Gothic blackletter denomination 'Ein Pfennig', with the issuing authority 'Der Magistrat der Stadt Glogau' and two facsimile signatures set below; a faint eagle underprint occupies the central ground. Serial number and series designation are printed in red at the lower margin, with the printer's imprint in small letterpress type beneath the frame. |
