| Obverse description | The obverse is set on a cream-toned ground with a green guilloche border incorporating repeated numeral "1" and "UNO" lettering along all four margins. At upper left, an intaglio vignette illustrates a pastoral rural scene with figures and livestock. To the right, a portrait vignette of a young woman with curled hair is rendered in fine intaglio engraving.
