正面描述	The obverse features the Mexican national coat of arms at center, depicting a Mexican golden eagle perched upon a prickly pear cactus growing from a rocky outcrop, devouring a rattlesnake in its beak and talons. The eagle is rendered in bold relief with detailed feathering and outstretched wings. A wreath of oak and laurel branches, tied with a ribbon at the base, frames the lower portion of the device. The legend ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS curves along the upper periphery within a beaded border.
