Reverse description Host coin reverse: the imperial arms of Brazil consisting of a crowned shield bearing the armillary sphere, flanked by symmetrical branches of coffee and tobacco within a decorative wreath, with the denomination 2000 REIS inscribed at the base. A circular Guatemalan counterstamp depicting a standing figure of Justice with scales and sword, taken from the reverse type of the Guatemalan 1/2 Real of 1894, has been applied at center, partially obscuring the host design.
