| Obverse description | The national arms of Bolivia occupy the central field, depicting an oval shield flanked by laurel and olive branches tied at the base, surmounted by the Andean condor with spread wings. The shield displays the sun rising behind the Cerro Rico and Cerro Menor, a chapel in the middle ground, and a palm tree and llama in the foreground.
