| 备注 |
The 1 Peso Boliviano was introduced as Bolivia replaced the battered Boliviano at a rate of 1,000 to 1, following decades of inflation that had rendered the old currency nearly worthless. This note remained in print and circulation far longer than most central bank issues of its generation — the sheer number of signature combinations, spanning series F through F1, reflects continuous reissue across roughly two decades rather than a single print run.
The turnover of treasury and central bank signatories visible across those series tracks real political instability: Bolivia cycled through multiple governments and finance ministers between the early 1960s and late 1970s. De La Rue held the contract throughout.
