Obverse description	The note is printed primarily in black on a light green vertically lined underprint, with red denomination numerals at each corner and along the margins. The Philippine National Bank circular seal, bearing an eagle and shield vignette, appears at the right centre, with a red overprint stamp across it. Three manuscript signatures appear at the bottom, attributed respectively to the Provincial Fiscal Member, the Acting Manager of the PNB Bacolod Branch as Chairman, and the Acting Provincial Auditor as Member.
