Obverse description Central device depicts a condor with wings fully spread, shown in a frontal stance with head turned to the right, rendered in bold relief against a plain field. The bird stands atop a rocky base, its feathers detailed with fine engraving in a naturalistic style. The legend CHILE arcs across the upper portion of the coin in widely spaced capital letters. The overall composition is bold and heraldic, consistent with Chilean Republican iconography of the period.

Reverse description The denomination is displayed in three lines at center, reading '1 / UN / PESO', with the date 1933 below, all enclosed within a wreath of laurel and native Chilean vegetation rendered in fine relief. The wreath branches sweep symmetrically from a tied bow at the base and are joined at the apex, framing the inscriptions in a traditional numismatic arrangement. The field within and around the wreath is plain, allowing the raised lettering and botanical detail to stand prominently.
