A central vignette at the top presents a view of a provincial government building set within an arched frame, below which the denomination 'PESO' appears in large bold letters flanked by numeral '1' medallions, with a further panel reading 'UN PESO' at foot. The body of the reverse carries the full text of the provincial law of 12 July 1919 authorising the bond issue, printed in small letterpress type, with a red overprint stamp across the centre. |
