Obverse description A standing condor with spread wings is depicted in left profile, perched upon a rocky outcrop at center field. The raptor's plumage is rendered in fine relief, with detailed feathering visible across the wings and body. The circular legend REPUBLICA DE CHILE arcs around the upper periphery, while the silver fineness indicator 0,72 appears in the lower field beneath the rock. A beaded border frames the entire design.

Reverse description The denomination UN PESO is inscribed in two lines at center field, with the date below, all enclosed within a wreath of laurel and palm branches tied at the base.
