The body carries letterpress text in Spanish authorising acceptance of the note at five percent of customs duties at the ports of Buenaventura, Tumaco, and Cúcuta, pursuant to Decree No. 1519 of 10 December 1907 and Resolution No. 20 of 25 May 1908, with the issue date 'BOGOTÁ 2 de Junio de 1908' and a serial number printed in the upper portion. The denomination 'UN PESO' appears both within the body text and repeated at the foot of the note. |
