The central area carries a handwritten validation text in Spanish referencing a government decree dated 30 de Octubre de 1893 and a Bogotá date of 1899, above the manuscript signature of the Ministro del Tesoro and additional signatories identified as Miembros de la Junta de Emisión. A large manuscript countersignature traverses the center of the note. |
