| Description de l’avers | The Colombian national coat of arms occupies the central field, depicting a vertically divided shield: the upper section shows a pomegranate fruit flanked by two cornucopias on a hatched ground, the middle section bears a Phrygian liberty cap, and the lower section displays a sailing vessel on a sea. A condor with wings displayed surmounts the shield, holding a laurel wreath and a broken chain in its talons. Two national flags, furled and staffed, flank the shield as supporters. Nine six-pointed stars arc along the lower periphery of the field. The circumferential legend ESTADOS UNIDOS DE COLOMBIA runs along the upper portion of the coin, separated from the design by a toothed border. |

| Description du revers | At center, within an open laurel and olive wreath tied at the base with a ribbon bow, the denomination UN PESO appears in two lines above the date, arranged vertically in the field. The mint name BOGOTA arcs along the upper exergual legend, while the fineness LEI 0,900 is inscribed along the lower exergual border, outside the wreath. A small assayer's monogram or mintmark appears to the left of the wreath. The entire design is enclosed within a toothed inner border. |
