| Obverse description | Letterpress-printed in blue on plain paper stock, the face is framed by a decorative border of geometric roundels along the lateral margins. The municipal coat of arms within a laurel wreath vignette occupies the upper left, flanked by the issuer's name and the municipality of Yecla; the denomination UNA PESETA appears in large bold type at centre, with redemption and deposit clauses in smaller text above and below. The date 'Yecla, Mayo 1937' is set at lower right, beneath two handwritten signatures for El Presidente and El Tesorero, accompanied by an oval organisational stamp. |
