Torrevelilla is a small municipality in Teruel, Aragon — anarchist territory during the Civil War. The Colectividad de Torrevelilla was one of hundreds of collectivized communities that issued their own local scrip after the CNT-FAI effectively reorganized the regional economy following the July 1936 uprising. These notes circulated only within the collective's own economy, functioning more as labor vouchers than conventional currency.

Teruel province paper is among the most fragile and poorly documented of all Republican local issues. Many printings were done on whatever stock was available, and survival rates are low.
