| Obverse description | Central field bears the municipal coat of arms of Puig-reig, depicting a shield charged with a cross and bar motif, rendered in low relief through dry-stamping on cardboard. Above the shield, the denomination numeral '1' and the letter 'P' (for Peseta) are impressed into the field. A circular legend reading 'AJUNTAMENT PUIGREIG' surrounds the central device, distributed along the upper and lower periphery of the oval flan. The overall relief is shallow and somewhat uneven, consistent with the emergency production methods of the Spanish Civil War period. |
