| 备注 |
Noblejas is a small municipality in the province of Toledo, and this note is a product of the fractional currency chaos that swept Republican-held Spain from 1936 onward. The collapse of coin circulation — driven by hoarding, melting, and the simple disruption of war — forced hundreds of local councils to print their own emergency scrip. The Consejo Municipal de Noblejas was one of thousands that did exactly that.
The printer, Imp. Consejo Proval in nearby Ocaña, handled emergency issues for several Toledo-area municipalities during this period. Ocaña itself was taken by Nationalist forces in autumn 1936, which likely terminated any further production runs after that point.
