Obverse description Typeset letterpress note printed in violet ink on plain paper stock. The issuer name appears underlined at the head of the note, above the redemption text, with a dotted geometric underprint pattern distributed across the field as a rudimentary anti-counterfeiting device. The entire design relies on typographic composition rather than intaglio vignettes, consistent with locally produced Spanish Civil War emergency currency.
Obverse lettering Consejo Municipal de Gorga La Depositaría de este Consejo, reintegrará al portador Una peseta
(Translation: Municipal Council of Gorga The Depository of this Council, will reimburse the bearer One Peseta)
Reverse description Reverse is unprinted, left entirely blank on plain paper. A faint oval stamp impression is visible at centre, likely a municipal council validation seal applied by hand, with traces of additional handwritten notations visible towards the left margin.
