备注

Manufacturas Sedó was a textile manufacturing company in Esparraguera, a small town in the Baix Llobregat comarca of Catalonia. During the Spanish Civil War, the breakdown of the Republican monetary supply chain prompted hundreds of municipalities, cooperatives, and industrial enterprises across Catalonia and Aragon to issue their own fractional paper currency — the so-called "bitllets locals." Sedó issued its own notes to pay workers when coin and official small denominations simply could not be had.

These industrial firm issues are among the rarest subcategory within the Civil War local currency phenomenon. Company-issued scrip typically circulated only within a narrow geographic and commercial radius, and most was redeemed or discarded once the war ended.
