| 正面描述 | Printed in dark brown and blue on plain paper within a double-line rectangular border, the obverse carries a panoramic town vignette of Empori as a light background underprint. Letterpress inscriptions in Catalan identify the issuing Municipal Council and state the obligation to pay the bearer, with the series designation, emission date, and face value distributed across the central field. The date of issue, 1 December 1936, and the Series B designation appear in the lower register. |

| 备注 |
Empori is the Catalan name for the municipality of Empuriabrava — or more precisely here, for the historic township of Empúries (L'Escala area, Alt Empordà), which issued this emergency paper during the first weeks of the Spanish Civil War. Hundreds of Catalan municipal councils did the same in mid-to-late 1936 after the Republican monetary system fractured and metallic coinage vanished almost overnight from circulation, hoarded or melted.
Imprenta C. Barnés in Palamós was a small regional press, not a security printer. The practical limitations show in the design's simplicity — though for Turró-catalogued Alt Empordà locals, the Barnés imprint is a reliable production marker for several neighboring council issues from the same period.
