| 备注 |
El Palau d'Anglesola is a small municipality in the Pla d'Urgell comarca of Lleida, and like hundreds of Catalan and Valencian towns during the Civil War, its ajuntament issued its own fractional currency in 1937 when Republican-zone coinage effectively disappeared from circulation — hoarded, melted, or simply never minted in sufficient quantity. The Consell de la Generalitat had authorized local emergency issues, but quality control was entirely a local affair.
Turró catalogues these Lleida provincial issues methodically, and #1752 sits in a dense run of small-town 1 pesseta notes that vary enormously in print quality. The thick card stock used here was a common workaround when proper banknote paper was unavailable.
