正面描述 An oval vignette to the left presents a coastal panoramic view of Dénia from the Mediterranean Sea, with the Castle of Dénia crowning an elevated promontory. The remainder of the face carries the issuing authority legend and denomination inscription in letterpress. The overall layout is characteristic of Spanish Civil War municipal emergency issues.

备注

Dénia, a coastal town in the Province of Alicante, was among hundreds of Spanish municipalities that issued emergency fractional currency during the early months of the Civil War after the Republic's silver coinage vanished from circulation almost overnight. These local emissions — often produced by town councils, trade unions, or republican committees with whatever printing resources were at hand — filled an acute transactional void but had no legal standing beyond the issuing locality.

The Gari Mon reference places this firmly within the documented Valencian regional emissions, though survival rates for Dénia paper are uneven. Notes that remained in town were frequently destroyed or surrendered during Nationalist occupation in 1939.
