The oval is flanked on either side by dense cross-hatched rectangular panels forming a decorative geometric background. 'CONSELL MUNICIPAL DE' appears in a bold header across the top, with 'CABRILS' in large capitals along the bottom, and the printer's imprint in small type beneath. |
