The date of the authorising council session is printed in italic script, with two facsimile manuscript signatures below, attributed to L'Alcalde and El Dipositari respectively.

The central field is filled with a geometric chevron-pattern underprint in ochre and cream tones, over which the mandatory circulation and redemption legend is printed in blue letterpress. The serial number appears at the lower centre.
